Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Benefits management
- Proficiency in Workday Benefits/HRIS
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with self-funding plan management in the US
- Experience assisting with time off, ADA, and leave programs (LOA)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Assists with global benefits management including regulatory compliance
- Administers benefits programs and manages US-based plans
- Partners with People Team (HR), Finance, and Procurement
- Ensures benefits programs provide positive employee experience via communication
- Serves as subject matter expert for US employee benefits queries
- Analyzes benefits data and prepares reports to support decision-making
- Assists with time off, ADA, and leave programs (LOA)
