Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing IT teams and enterprise IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with enterprise IT platforms including JAMF, Okta, Active Directory, Google Workspace, MDM solutions, and ticketing platforms.
- Minimum 1 year of programming or scripting experience required using Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Verifiable track record building automations, integrations, workflows, or API-based solutions.
- Comprehensive experience working within cloud-first or hybrid environments.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT operational strategies and lead day-to-day IT operations across cloud, SaaS, and endpoint environments.
- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, device lifecycle management, and end-user support functions.
- Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, procurement, renewals, budgeting, and technology lifecycle planning.
- Manage and enhance core enterprise IT platforms to drive standardization, automation, and operational maturity.
- Plan, design, and lead enterprise IT tool rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and implementation projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT staff and administrators.
- Manage enterprise GenAI tools, integrations, governance, and access controls across the organization.
- Develop scalable workflows, integrations, and automations using APIs, scripting, and orchestration platforms.
