Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or related quantitative field.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in experimentation, forecasting, statistical analysis, and product or business analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with Python or similar analytical tools.
- Experience defining metrics, measurement frameworks, and analytical approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategy.
- Experience with modern analytics platforms and data warehouses, including Snowflake and dbt.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or subscription-based businesses preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and Analysts supporting Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
- Lead behavioral analytics, customer segmentation, experimentation, and product measurement efforts.
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasts, churn models, customer health scores, and account or opportunity scoring models.
- Partner with data engineering team to manage internal agentic data analytics platform.
- Define standards and best practices for analytics and data science to drive efficiency.
