Requirements
- 3-5+ years in revenue/sales enablement, GTM strategy, or sales leadership.
- Experience enabling multiple GTM functions including BDR, AE, and CSM.
- Proven experience owning onboarding and ramp programs.
- Experience building an enablement function from 0-to-1.
- Strong preference for experience integrating teams/products following acquisition.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and sales platforms (e.g., Gong, ChurnZero, Claude).
- Track record of improving revenue metrics like ramp time, win rates, and attainment.
- Experience coaching frontline managers and senior leaders.
- Executive presence to influence SVP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to tie activities to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead onboarding, ramp, and continuous-development programs for BDRs, AEs, and CSMs.
- Build the revenue enablement function from the ground up.
- Lead post-acquisition unification of products, sales motions, and methodologies.
- Define and implement AI-enabled selling strategies and workflows.
- Equip managers and senior leaders to coach effectively and reinforce behaviors.
- Own GTM launch readiness for new offerings.
- Track and report on performance metrics: ramp time, win rate, pipeline conversion, and quota attainment.
- Manage the enablement ecosystem including content, tech stack, and vendor relationships.
