Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on IBM Cognos development (Report Studio, Framework Manager).
- 2-3 full project implementations (not just maintenance/support).
- Strong experience with DataHub/InfoCenter (DHIC).
- P&C Insurance industry experience.
- Exposure to Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, ContactManager) is a strong plus.
- Relevant DH/IC or Cognos certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Cognos reports, dashboards, and analytics using DataHub/InfoCenter (DHIC).
- Understand InfoCenter data marts and optimize them for business reporting needs.
- Ensure high-performance, scalable reporting solutions.
- Leverage Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge to align reporting with business needs.
- Identify scope changes, risks, and requirements gaps and escalate to project managers.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact reporting solutions.
- Recommend optimizations for reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
