Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • JD Preferred.
  • 5-7 years of successful Commercial Title/Commercial Real Estate industry experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience advising business clients on practical insurance solutions.
  • Property & Casualty license and Excess/Surplus Lines license, or ability to be licensed within 60 days.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools.
  • Willingness to travel to industry conferences and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage in new business opportunities with internal and external contacts.
  • Provide insurance expertise in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of assets and businesses.
  • Negotiate transactional risk insurance coverage options with insurance carriers, customers, and their attorneys.
  • Review transaction and due diligence materials to understand target company profiles and provide preliminary terms.
  • Analyze critical flaws impacting transactions and work with legal teams on risk management.
  • Serve as primary point of client contact from initial engagement through closing and policy issuance.
  • Negotiate RWI insurance policies.
