Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- JD Preferred.
- 5-7 years of successful Commercial Title/Commercial Real Estate industry experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience advising business clients on practical insurance solutions.
- Property & Casualty license and Excess/Surplus Lines license, or ability to be licensed within 60 days.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to leverage AI tools.
- Willingness to travel to industry conferences and customer meetings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage in new business opportunities with internal and external contacts.
- Provide insurance expertise in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of assets and businesses.
- Negotiate transactional risk insurance coverage options with insurance carriers, customers, and their attorneys.
- Review transaction and due diligence materials to understand target company profiles and provide preliminary terms.
- Analyze critical flaws impacting transactions and work with legal teams on risk management.
- Serve as primary point of client contact from initial engagement through closing and policy issuance.
- Negotiate RWI insurance policies.
