Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations.
- Strong analytical and execution background.
- Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly preferred.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage and execute projects to completion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Independently own key strategic initiatives from initial concept through execution and success measurement.
- Steer quantitative and qualitative research into financial and operational drivers of Pro success.
- Build clear and concise presentations that summarize findings and lead to clear recommendations.
- Provide thought partnership to the Partner Strategy team and cross-functional partners.
- Program manage large strategic changes that involve multiple teams and months.
- Proactively leverage GenAI tools to synthesize complex partner performance data.
- Work directly with stakeholders at highest-value customers to unlock business growth.
