Responsibilities

  • Master Drivetrain’s USP and understand the competitor landscape.
  • Build a deep understanding of global best practices for an outbound sales development function.
  • Design and build scalable lead generation systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Identify lead generation channels in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Work with founders to set targets, milestones, and objectives.
  • Business partner with customers at the CFO, CRO, and Founder level.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Shape company culture, practices, and product as an early team member.
