Responsibilities
- Master Drivetrain’s USP and understand the competitor landscape.
- Build a deep understanding of global best practices for an outbound sales development function.
- Design and build scalable lead generation systems, processes, and procedures.
- Identify lead generation channels in partnership with the marketing team.
- Work with founders to set targets, milestones, and objectives.
- Business partner with customers at the CFO, CRO, and Founder level.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Shape company culture, practices, and product as an early team member.
