  • Demonstrated persistence and ability to learn from setbacks.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) targets.
  • Research and prioritize target accounts.
  • Execute multi-touch outreach cadences (call, email, social).
  • Manage and report prospecting activities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Document processes in the GitLab handbook.
