- Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure.
- Demonstrated persistence and ability to learn from setbacks.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) targets.
- Research and prioritize target accounts.
- Execute multi-touch outreach cadences (call, email, social).
- Manage and report prospecting activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Document processes in the GitLab handbook.
