Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in sales or sales development.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (Must).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Based in Europe.
  • Ability to work across EMEA time zones.
  • Genuine interest in technology and ecommerce.
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage target accounts through research and outreach.
  • Personalize interactions based on prospect industry and business priorities.
  • Initiate consultative conversations focusing on customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for the company.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing teams.
  • Share insights from prospect conversations to refine GTM strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Experiment with messaging and channels to improve conversion.
