Requirements
- 1+ year experience in sales or sales development.
- Fluent in English and Italian (Must).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Based in Europe.
- Ability to work across EMEA time zones.
- Genuine interest in technology and ecommerce.
- Understanding of MEDDPICC is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage target accounts through research and outreach.
- Personalize interactions based on prospect industry and business priorities.
- Initiate consultative conversations focusing on customer needs.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for the company.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing teams.
- Share insights from prospect conversations to refine GTM strategy.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Experiment with messaging and channels to improve conversion.
