Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & German.
- Ability to engage prospects in a thoughtful and consultative way.
- Basic comfort working with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.
- Based in Europe, with the ability to work across EMEA time zones.
- Genuine interest in technology, ecommerce, and helping businesses solve complex challenges.
- Understanding of MEDDPICC is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage the right prospects within target accounts through high-quality research and thoughtful outreach.
- Personalize every interaction by deeply understanding a prospect’s industry, role, challenges, and business priorities.
- Initiate meaningful conversations that center on the customer’s needs, pains, and goals.
- Act as a trusted first point of contact, representing our values.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to ensure alignment on account strategy.
- Share insights from prospect conversations to help refine our go-to-market approach.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach, research, and engagement in Salesforce.
