- Minimum 1 year of B2B telephone lead generation experience.
- IT or Software Solutions sales experience desired.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and SalesLoft.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Drift preferred.
- Passion for outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
- High energy, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Perform account planning, research, messaging, and list building.
- Execute sales cadences via email, phone calls, and social selling.
- Network with prospects and educate market on company offerings.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics for opportunity creation and progression.
- Deepen business knowledge through research on leadership structures and pain points.
- Understand prospect needs and correlate business value to solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors for qualified meetings.
