  • Minimum 1 year of B2B telephone lead generation experience.
  • IT or Software Solutions sales experience desired.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and SalesLoft.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Drift preferred.
  • Passion for outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
  • High energy, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Perform account planning, research, messaging, and list building.
  • Execute sales cadences via email, phone calls, and social selling.
  • Network with prospects and educate market on company offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics for opportunity creation and progression.
  • Deepen business knowledge through research on leadership structures and pain points.
  • Understand prospect needs and correlate business value to solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors for qualified meetings.
