Requirements

- Prior experience in US and European markets preferred
- Prior exposure to the events industry or event technology
- Experience with outbound sales tools such as Outreach or Clay
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs
- Ability to research, identify, and engage relevant decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to identify and engage event organizers and decision-makers across target markets.
- Qualify leads through research, outreach, and structured discovery to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile.
- Use outbound tools and CRM platforms to manage, track, and optimize outreach activities and pipeline development.
- Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospects until they are ready for handoff to Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to refine messaging, share market insights, and improve prospecting strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up across all assigned leads.
- Support continuous improvement of outreach processes to increase engagement and conversion rates.
