Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation
- Hands-on experience prospecting and engaging with senior decision-makers (CxOs) in the US market
- Proficiency in outbound channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Hands-on experience with prospecting tools (Sales Nav, Lusha, CRM)
- Proven ability to hit benchmarks for cold calls and reach-outs
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Prior exposure to the M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) domain will be preferred
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
- Understand the needs and challenges of prospects to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
