Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation
  • Hands-on experience prospecting and engaging with senior decision-makers (CxOs) in the US market
  • Proficiency in outbound channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools (Sales Nav, Lusha, CRM)
  • Proven ability to hit benchmarks for cold calls and reach-outs
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Prior exposure to the M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) domain will be preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of prospects to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
