Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, client-facing, or outreach roles preferred
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills with professional fluency
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound phone-based conversations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and work within defined workflows
- Basic digital literacy with familiarity in CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred
- High level of professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
- Exposure to education, admissions, or international student services is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to communication
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads through phone, email, and digital communication channels
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand student goals, motivations, and eligibility
- Qualify and evaluate leads based on defined criteria and document insights accurately in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Schedule consultation sessions between qualified prospects and academic advisors
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, updates, and lead notes to ensure data integrity
- Share relevant information and resources with prospective students and families
- Support outreach campaigns, events, and follow-up activities when required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
- Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and understanding of international admissions
