Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace tools

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential prospects generated through Facebook, Google Ads, and website inquiry channels
  • Engage with leads through calls, emails, and social media to introduce services and understand client requirements
  • Conduct initial outreach and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for qualified prospects
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to resolve queries and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in CRM systems
  • Support smooth onboarding and transition of new clients in coordination with internal teams
