Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
- Prior experience in a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office or Zoho Workplace tools
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential prospects generated through Facebook, Google Ads, and website inquiry channels
- Engage with leads through calls, emails, and social media to introduce services and understand client requirements
- Conduct initial outreach and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for qualified prospects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
- Follow up consistently with prospects to resolve queries and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Support smooth onboarding and transition of new clients in coordination with internal teams
