Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, SDR, business development, or lead generation experience.
- Proven experience selling to CFOs, Finance Directors, VP Finance, or other senior finance executives.
- Strong outbound prospecting experience with high-volume calling activity.
- Excellent communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience booking qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives or Consultants.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- MUST HAVE experience selling into Australian market
Responsibilities
- Conduct 50–80 outbound calls per day targeting senior finance stakeholders.
- Prospect and engage CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Finance, and VP Finance executives.
- Qualify leads against the company's Magic35 qualification framework.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior consultants and sales leaders.
- Generate new pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Support lead generation efforts around industry conferences, networking events, and finance-focused events across the APAC region.
- Consistently achieve monthly meeting booking and pipeline generation targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the qualification process.
