Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity and adaptability in using various software systems
- Ability to acquire and maintain required industry certifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Experience with HubSpot and Service Titan (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage a volume of assigned inbound and outbound consumer leads to engage business on behalf of the company
- Contact new leads to provide estimates and close sales on services
- Coordinate the scheduling of engaged projects with new clients and local markets for installation
- Manage workload utilizing appropriate technology platforms, including: HubSpot, Service Titan, DialPad, and Excel
- Manage assigned leads on behalf of the company by staying current on market/industry trends and services/products offered by the company
- Communicate carefully, intentionally, and with accurate information to prioritize a positive experience for clients
- Respond to all communications with a healthy sense of urgency, balancing phone calls, emails, and chat messages appropriately
- Work efficiently to meet team and personal goals
