Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of S4/HANA consulting experience
- At least 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP PM
- Proven experience working in a client-facing role
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP PM in S/4HANA
- Understanding of asset lifecycle management
- Understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance maintenance
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM Fiori apps
- Solid understanding of integration with MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM
- Working knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources
- Professional level English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP PM workstream on S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or conversion programs.
- Own solution design decisions for end-to-end plant maintenance and asset management processes.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of PM scope across project phases.
- Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated SAP modules.
- Act as the primary SAP PM trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
- Lead executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and S/4HANA roadmap.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.
- Drive fit-to-standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices.
