Requirements
- Significant experience at a Lead/Staff Engineer level.
- At least 8 years’ commercial experience.
- Experience leading test planning and quality strategy.
- Practical experience delivering in an agile environment.
- Experience developing automation testing frameworks for scalable software.
- Deep knowledge of Cypress, Playwright, Mocha, and Chai.
- Deep knowledge of Python and Pytest.
- Understanding of Git version control.
- Experience with databases and cloud environments.
- Experience creating test strategies for enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing and a quality assurance mindset.
- Define and implement structured testing practices.
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Pytest.
- Develop automated front-end, backend, and API test frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, and Chai.
- Perform functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing.
- Ensure test processes are integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize testing for scalability and efficiency.
- Support technical leaders in project execution.
- Collaborate directly with client teams.
