Requirements
- Significant experience at a Lead/Staff Engineer level (minimum 8 years commercial experience).
- Expertise in test planning and quality strategy for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Deep knowledge of Python and Pytest.
- Deep knowledge of automation frameworks including Cypress, Playwright, Mocha, and Chai.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Understanding of version control tools such as Git.
- Practical experience with databases and cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality assurance into the SDLC.
- Define and implement automated and manual testing strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and suites using Python and Pytest.
- Create front-end, backend, and API test frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, and Chai.
- Perform functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing.
- Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize testing for scalability, speed, and efficiency.
- Mentor team members on testing approaches and quality standards.
- Collaborate with client teams and other technical leaders.
