Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in data transformation, systems integration, or revenue operations
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including exposure to CPQ or similar tools
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reconciliation
- Working familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Solid understanding of GAAP revenue recognition principles
- Proven ability to work with complex and incomplete datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business models
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data transformation for full-system migrations from acquired entities
- Analyze and interpret source data from systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Excel, and other CRMs
- Translate acquired entity data into formats compatible with Salesforce CPQ and ERP processes
- Evaluate and rebuild data structures to align with GAAP-compliant revenue recognition
- Identify, clean, and correct data inconsistencies and gaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, sales, and finance teams
- Participate in discovery sessions to ensure accurate data interpretation
- Perform data validation and reconciliation post-migration
- Identify discrepancies and drive issue resolution
- Support broader PMSI team initiatives
