Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of professional Accounting experience
- Basic knowledge of GAAP
- Understanding of account analysis and financial statements
- Proficiency in Excel (Sumif, Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with large ERP/Accounting software (SAP, Oracle, INTACCT, Net Suite, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English level
- Located in Latam
Responsibilities
- Balance sheet account reconciliation and GL analysis
- Maintain revenue recognition processes and schedules
- Reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Aggregate and record month-end expense accruals
- Prepare month-end journal entries
- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Research and resolve open balance sheet items
- Support month-end financial package and Hyperion uploads
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal controls
