Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 3 or more years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Working knowledge of NetSuite
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including transaction entry, categorization, and coding
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, depreciation, and period-end adjustments
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Perform variance analysis and budget preparation
- Communicate directly with clients in English and Spanish
