Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment.
  • Experience with SaaS, technology, marketing, or professional services sales.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists aligned with ideal customer profiles.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and sales objectives.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities within the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity and meeting-booked goals.
