Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment.
- Experience with SaaS, technology, marketing, or professional services sales.
- Proven track record of generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain prospect lists aligned with ideal customer profiles.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and sales objectives.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities within the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Meet or exceed weekly activity and meeting-booked goals.
