- Proficient in speaking and writing English clearly.
- Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps) and professional workspace.
- Available for video meetings with camera on.
- Relevant work experience.
- Ability to provide background clearance documents.
Responsibilities
- Submit, track, and follow up on insurance prior authorization requests.
- Process and coordinate referrals to specialists and healthcare facilities.
- Handle inbound and outbound patient phone calls and inquiries.
- Process electronic medication refill requests.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments and reminders.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Manage faxes and clinical documentation within EHR systems.
