Requirements
- Prior nursing education or hands-on experience as a high-level Medical Assistant.
- Comfortable supporting functional medicine, integrative health, and women’s hormone care (BHRT).
- Skilled at reviewing patient histories, labs, and prior visits for pre-charting.
- Proactive in identifying missing documentation or lab needs.
- Proficiency in G-Suite.
- Experience with EHR/EMR software, specifically CERBO.
- Professional remote work setup with strong wifi, quality camera, and microphone.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and contact patients for follow-up appointments and treatment plan adjustments.
- Manage patient scheduling using Google Calendar, ORCHID, and CERBO EHR.
- Maintain and update patient records in CERBO EHR and Brite Hormone Prescribing.
- Process patient communications, emails, and secure messages.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with the Health Coach and Nurse Practitioner for seamless care.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss operations and improvements.
