Requirements
- Passion for EdReports’ mission, vision, and core values.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in curriculum design, instruction, coaching, research, assessment, or program leadership supporting multilingual learners.
- Minimum of 5 years of people and/or project management experience.
- Knowledge of evidence-based foundational literacy practices and multilingual learner education.
- Ability to analyze complex instructional materials and synthesize evidence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office suite.
- College degree.
- Residency in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead the pilot review of content specific instructional materials.
- Train and support educator-reviewers, ensuring consistent calibration across teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and the Review Design Innovation Product team.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to review teams.
- Engage with external stakeholders and publishers regarding the review process.
- Serve as a thought leader and communicate the results of reviews to external audiences.
- Partner with the Product team to refine and implement the MLL FS tool.
- Contribute to the delivery of FS MLL tool pilot outcomes.
