- Lead and support reviews of Pre-K instructional materials, including comprehensive Pre-K reviews and the development and launch of Pre-K mathematics and early mathematics reviews.
- Train and support educator-reviewers and ensure consistent calibration across review teams.
- Collaborate with organizational teams, the field, and external partners to refine early mathematics review tools and processes.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to review teams and foster consensus on educational criteria.
- Apply expertise in early mathematics learning and development to analyze instructional materials.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including publishers, to communicate the review process.
- Explain EdReports tools, processes, and early mathematics review results to educators, districts, states, and partner nonprofits.
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives and thought leadership activities.
