Requirements
- Proven internal game development experience in a production leadership role
- Experience producing creative teams
- Exemplary communication and outstanding analytical skills
- Social intelligence and empathy for creative teams
- Strong critical thinking and results orientation
- Understanding of agile ways of working
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Demonstrable product acumen
- Commitment to the principles of servant leadership
- Proficient in JIRA, Excel, Confluence or equivalent
- Experience working on a live game
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of producers within your game area to create robust production plans and execute against those plans
- Understand overall project goals and use those to inform planning and decisions
- Identify and collaborate with other discipline leads to mitigate risks
- Manage and direct producers, define near-term goals, mentor, and support career objectives
- Produce the Leadership Team for your area including scheduling and running rituals
- Establish production pipelines and processes for your areas of ownership
- Iterate on production processes to improve collaboration and velocity
- Lead by example demonstrating production best practices
- Directly produce feature teams within your area as needed
- Assist the Executive Producer in managing production budgets and headcount
