Requirements
- 3+ years of closing, quota-carrying sales experience in e-commerce and the Shopify ecosystem.
- Deep knowledge of Shopify, apps, agencies, 3PLs, and the post-purchase landscape.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and self-sourced deals.
- Ability to build systems, process, and documentation from scratch.
- High-goal orientation and ability to work in a 0-to-1 environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for e-commerce/Shopify merchants: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close.
- Build pipeline from scratch through outbound, inbound, events, and ecosystem partners.
- Hit and beat aggressive new-revenue targets.
- Create the sales playbook, process, and CRM discipline using HubSpot.
- Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Provide market and merchant insight to the Product team to drive roadmap iteration.
