Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing, quota-carrying sales experience in e-commerce and the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Deep knowledge of Shopify, apps, agencies, 3PLs, and the post-purchase landscape.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and self-sourced deals.
  • Ability to build systems, process, and documentation from scratch.
  • High-goal orientation and ability to work in a 0-to-1 environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for e-commerce/Shopify merchants: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close.
  • Build pipeline from scratch through outbound, inbound, events, and ecosystem partners.
  • Hit and beat aggressive new-revenue targets.
  • Create the sales playbook, process, and CRM discipline using HubSpot.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Provide market and merchant insight to the Product team to drive roadmap iteration.
