- Own the full sales cycle for e-commerce/Shopify merchants: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close.
- Build pipeline from scratch through outbound, inbound, events, and ecosystem partners.
- Hit and beat aggressive new-revenue targets.
- Create the sales playbook, process, and CRM discipline using HubSpot.
- Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Provide market and merchant insight to the Product team to drive roadmap iteration.
