Requirements
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 16+ years of experience or a Master’s with 14+ years of experience in BD/Capture.
- Proven track record of identifying and leading successful business development in the government marketplace.
- Experience with product-based or manufacturing-focused solutions in defense or national security.
- Strong understanding of non-traditional acquisition pathways (OTA, CSO).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with translating drawings and TDPs into a consolidated BOM.
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to aerospace and defense OEM priorities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities through traditional and non-traditional acquisition pathways.
- Lead early-stage opportunity shaping and competitive positioning.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior government stakeholders and OEM buyers.
- Lead capture efforts including win strategy, teaming, pricing, and risk management.
- Align product development roadmaps with customer demand signals and mission needs.
- Oversee the development of white papers, proposals, and technical volumes.
- Manage pipeline development, bookings targets, and revenue growth.
