Requirements

  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 16+ years of experience or a Master’s with 14+ years of experience in BD/Capture.
  • Proven track record of identifying and leading successful business development in the government marketplace.
  • Experience with product-based or manufacturing-focused solutions in defense or national security.
  • Strong understanding of non-traditional acquisition pathways (OTA, CSO).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience with translating drawings and TDPs into a consolidated BOM.
  • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to aerospace and defense OEM priorities.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities through traditional and non-traditional acquisition pathways.
  • Lead early-stage opportunity shaping and competitive positioning.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior government stakeholders and OEM buyers.
  • Lead capture efforts including win strategy, teaming, pricing, and risk management.
  • Align product development roadmaps with customer demand signals and mission needs.
  • Oversee the development of white papers, proposals, and technical volumes.
  • Manage pipeline development, bookings targets, and revenue growth.
