Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS for the accounting profession OR 4+ years in an audit/accounting/professional services firm.
  • Experience in end-to-end software implementations (requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live).
  • Understanding of accounting and assurance workflows, professional standards, and operating models.
  • Ability to manage client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience owning delivery outcomes (scope, quality, risk, timelines).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Act as primary solution authority for client engagements.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into compliant Caseware configurations.
  • Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee project execution including scope control, risk identification, and timeline adherence.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to associate consultants.
  • Deliver client training and facilitate change management.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposals and effort estimation.
  • Continuously improve implementation methodologies and standards.
