Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS for the accounting profession OR 4+ years in an audit/accounting/professional services firm.
- Experience in end-to-end software implementations (requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live).
- Understanding of accounting and assurance workflows, professional standards, and operating models.
- Ability to manage client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Experience owning delivery outcomes (scope, quality, risk, timelines).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop team capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Act as primary solution authority for client engagements.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into compliant Caseware configurations.
- Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Oversee project execution including scope control, risk identification, and timeline adherence.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to associate consultants.
- Deliver client training and facilitate change management.
- Support pre-sales activities including proposals and effort estimation.
- Continuously improve implementation methodologies and standards.
