Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
- Experience with training, project management, and resource tracking.
- Experience with SAAS sales or support.
- Knowledge in one or more areas: Digital Video, Body-Worn Cameras, Conductive Energy Weapons, Virtual Reality, Mobile Communications, SAAS.
- Experience working with law enforcement or military sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a consultative, team-based, and remote environment.
- Ability to teach and mentor team members.
- Proven ability to coordinate across functional teams.
- Willingness to travel weekly throughout North America.
Responsibilities
- Engage with technology decision-makers pre-sale and post-sale to support successful product implementation and adoption.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including sales presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, and deployment planning.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute post-sale program implementation for Evidence.com, body-worn cameras, and AI solutions.
- Conduct customer site assessments to evaluate requirements and implementation readiness.
- Provide tailored training to law enforcement and other customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Operations teams to address feature requests and drive product improvements.
- Assist customers in developing comprehensive agency-wide deployment plans.
