Requirements
- Proven ability to consistently follow up across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Experience logging contacts and updating deal stages in a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and independent working style.
- Working knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding solutions independently.
- Stable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup.
- Access to an iPhone/iMessage for multi-channel outreach.
Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
- Conduct cold calls to business owners (10-15 per day).
- Send cold outreach emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Qualify prospects based on defined hiring criteria.
- Execute structured multi-touch follow-up cadences.
- Log all outreach and interaction details in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Submit weekly outreach reports covering volume, response rates, and booked calls.
