Requirements

  • 2+ years in a high-volume outbound role (business development, recruitment, or similar).
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot and ZoomInfo (or similar tools).
  • Ability to learn MSP terminology and basic financial concepts (EBITDA, recurring revenue).
  • Strong discipline and self-direction in a remote environment.
  • Home office with required hardware (Windows 11 or macOS 12, 8GB RAM).
  • Stable internet (5 Mbps up/down) and HD webcam.
  • Ability to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • NBI Clearance for PH applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain high-volume outreach to achieve a minimum of 40 quality conversations per day.
  • Proactively identify and engage with business brokers to build a long-term deal flow.
  • Communicate ITS value proposition as a strategic partner.
  • Vet potential acquisition targets based on headcount, infrastructure, and readiness.
  • Execute personalized outreach strategies to ensure high-quality deal flow.
  • Navigate industry pushback and handle objections.
  • Manage hand-off of qualified leads to the M&A Director.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
