Responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and identify potential leads within the workforce development and non-profit sectors.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to introduce our software platform.
- Qualify leads by gathering information about potential clients' needs and goals.
- Engage with potential clients to move them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Accurately track and update lead interactions and progress within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about trends and opportunities in the social services sector.
