Requirements
- College diploma/degree with 7-9 years related experience OR Bachelors degree with 4-6 years experience.
- Minimum of 3 years CRA experience.
- Strong experience with EDC systems.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and task-driven.
- Demonstrated ability in report writing and critical review of clinical research documents.
- Health Sciences, Life Sciences or Nursing specialty preferred.
- SoCRA and/or ACRP Certification/Designation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of project deliverables, assigned CRAs, and Investigator sites.
- Act as primary liaison between CRAs and the clinical project team.
- Conduct assessment visits with CRAs to assess performance.
- Implement enrollment and recruitment strategies.
- Prepare monitoring plans and other structural documentation.
- Oversee regional startup, feasibility, and monitoring visit scheduling.
- Review visit reports for quality and compliance.
- Track protocol deviations and report site performance metrics.
- Contribute to financial project management processes.
- Develop training materials and study tools for sites and CRAs.
