Requirements

  • Strong experience in high-volume policy, compliance, and employee relations support.
  • Expertise in interpreting global employment legislation related to Time & Attendance.
  • Proven ability to draft and implement complex global HR policies.
  • Proven project management skills from inception to delivery.
  • Strong capability in SLA management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and manage ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working asynchronously and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain operational governance for T&A domains such as working time rules and overtime.
  • Design and implement global HR policies and procedures specific to Time & Attendance.
  • Monitor global employment legislation and advise leadership on updates.
  • Act as Policy Subject Matter Expert for the T&A function.
  • Support new country expansions by mapping T&A policy events.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements using AI-enabled workflows.
  • Manage technical and automation requirements for tool-stack including Zendesk, Kissflow, Juro, and Docusign.
  • Analyze operational data to identify compliance risks and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Develop and oversee the employee-facing T&A policy knowledge base.
  • Lead change management projects for T&A policy updates.
