Requirements
- Product Ops, Biz Ops, or TPM experience at an early-stage company.
- Strong ownership and root-cause analysis skills.
- Technical curiosity with comfort digging into APIs, logs, and data.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to distinguish between one-off problem solving and process building.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate alpha testing and usability insights gathering.
- Communicate release changes to customers and training teams.
- Investigate complex escalations from support related to product, labs, and vendors.
- Drive resolution of issues by working with engineering and external partners.
- Identify and analyze recurring issues for product and engineering teams.
- Create documentation, playbooks, and escalation paths to prevent issue recurrence.
