Requirements
- Experience with product analytics, product ops, or hybrid PM-adjacent role.
- Fluent in SQL.
- Comfortable working with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Amplitude).
- Ability to build systems and manage processes.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Support.
- Intellectually humble with strong analytical mindset.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer the Product & Design tool stack (Notion, Mixpanel, Metabase, Hex, Featurebase, Figma).
- Run product process rituals: weekly syncs, epic demos, kickoffs, retros, pre-mortems, and quarterly planning.
- Build and maintain KPI, adoption, and usability dashboards.
- Design and operate the customer feedback pipeline from various channels.
- Track customer requests and close the loop with Sales and CS.
- Maintain product documentation templates and monitor initiative artifacts.
- Coordinate cross-functional release logistics with Marketing, Sales, CS, Support, and Solutions Engineering.
- Advocate for data hygiene and instrumentation standards.
