Requirements

  • Completed education or degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR
  • Deep knowledge of personnel administration and payroll processes
  • Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience in temporary employment (ANÜ) is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with HR tools (Personio is advantageous)
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • High communication skills and service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Creation and management of employment contracts and additions
  • Administration of personnel files and HR processes (entry, changes, exit)
  • Coordination of monthly payroll with external providers
  • Answering employee questions on payroll, social security, taxes, and benefits
  • Organization and execution of onboarding processes
  • Support management in HR-related matters and employee discussions
  • Ensuring compliance with German/Swiss labor laws
  • Further development and digitization of HR processes and tools
