Requirements
- Completed education or degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR
- Deep knowledge of personnel administration and payroll processes
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in temporary employment (ANÜ) is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with HR tools (Personio is advantageous)
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- High communication skills and service orientation
Responsibilities
- Creation and management of employment contracts and additions
- Administration of personnel files and HR processes (entry, changes, exit)
- Coordination of monthly payroll with external providers
- Answering employee questions on payroll, social security, taxes, and benefits
- Organization and execution of onboarding processes
- Support management in HR-related matters and employee discussions
- Ensuring compliance with German/Swiss labor laws
- Further development and digitization of HR processes and tools
