  • Literacy with MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout EMEA region
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven work experience in similar human resources positions
  • Ability to work in an international team

Responsibilities

  • Support key employee life cycle processes such as new professionals, data management, absence managements, transfers, leavers
  • Prepare global HR documentation including employment contracts, policies, and onboarding guides
  • Maintain employee records via the company platform
  • Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Conduct audits and checks on data changes
  • Participate in HR process improvement and maintenance of SOPs
  • Communicate effectively with professionals and customers to resolve queries
  • Liaise with partners/vendors including insurance and pension providers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
