- Proven work experience in similar human resources positions
- Ability to work in an international team
Responsibilities
- Support key employee life cycle processes such as new professionals, data management, absence managements, transfers, leavers
- Prepare global HR documentation including employment contracts, policies, and onboarding guides
- Maintain employee records via the company platform
- Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Conduct audits and checks on data changes
- Participate in HR process improvement and maintenance of SOPs
- Communicate effectively with professionals and customers to resolve queries
- Liaise with partners/vendors including insurance and pension providers
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
