- Proficiency in digital tools for scheduling, communication, and customer management.
Responsibilities
- Set up clients for success in the Love Accelerator program.
- Monitor activity of 250+ clients to identify opportunities for further support.
- Direct interaction with clients via phone/Zoom to identify key needs and develop action plans.
- Qualify and ascend clients to the premium Lux program.
- Increase overall client satisfaction and facilitate smooth transitions.
- Remediate payment plan failures and process renewals.
- Secure referrals and testimonials.
- Hold 6 hours of availability managed through Calendly.
- Serve as the first line of customer support via multiple channels.
- Mitigate refunds through direct communication.
