Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or partnerships
- Strong preference for experience in insurtech, fintech, or B2B SaaS
- Genuine familiarity with the insurance business
- Experience owning GWP, ARR, or revenue metrics for a book of accounts
- Proven ability to build multi-threaded relationships from ops to C-suite
- Clear communication skills in writing and meetings
- Ability to run QBRs and executive business reviews independently
- Comfortable operating as an influencer across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Agency partners
- Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships across each partner organization
- Develop and maintain a Partner Success Plan for each account
- Lead regular business reviews and partner check-ins
- Own GWP performance for your book
- Proactively identify growth opportunities
- Surface partner product gaps and feature requests
- Coordinate with PIMs for delivery
- Maintain accurate partner health, activity, and GWP data in Attio
