Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or partnerships
  • Strong preference for experience in insurtech, fintech, or B2B SaaS
  • Genuine familiarity with the insurance business
  • Experience owning GWP, ARR, or revenue metrics for a book of accounts
  • Proven ability to build multi-threaded relationships from ops to C-suite
  • Clear communication skills in writing and meetings
  • Ability to run QBRs and executive business reviews independently
  • Comfortable operating as an influencer across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Agency partners
  • Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships across each partner organization
  • Develop and maintain a Partner Success Plan for each account
  • Lead regular business reviews and partner check-ins
  • Own GWP performance for your book
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities
  • Surface partner product gaps and feature requests
  • Coordinate with PIMs for delivery
  • Maintain accurate partner health, activity, and GWP data in Attio
