Serve as the management layer between the SVP Product and 4 independently run product squads.
Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers.
Hold PMs accountable to high standards for work sizing, root cause analysis, and OKR metric tracking.
Own capacity tracking and execution measurement across all product squads.
Build and maintain the roadmapping process and improve team execution workflows.
Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Operations, and Growth to ensure roadmap delivery.
Partner with Technical Implementations, Enterprise Analytics, and DevOps leadership.
