Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant career experience in product, tech, or healthcare.
- At least 6 years of experience in product management.
- At least 5 years of people management experience, including hiring and performance management.
- Experience running a roadmap or capacity governance process across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to hold PMs accountable to plans without deep domain expertise in every squad.
- Skilled in building working agreements and managing cross-functional conflicts.
- Background in healthcare or health-tech is a plus.
- Experience with value-based care or EHR integration is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the management layer between the SVP Product and 4 independently run product squads.
- Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Hold PMs accountable to high standards for work sizing, root cause analysis, and OKR metric tracking.
- Own capacity tracking and execution measurement across all product squads.
- Build and maintain the roadmapping process and improve team execution workflows.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Operations, and Growth to ensure roadmap delivery.
- Partner with Technical Implementations, Enterprise Analytics, and DevOps leadership.
