Requirements
- Have 5-7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience driving growth, acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.
- Bring a proven track record driving growth through product-led growth (PLG), e-commerce, or similar product-led environments.
- Have demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development in B2B SaaS environments.
- Have experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B and multivariate experimentation programs.
- Have hands-on experience with product analytics and behavioral data platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or PostHog.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into product strategy and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in CRM, financial technology, or other complex B2B SaaS categories is preferred.
- Experience in fintech, nonprofit technology, faith-based organizations, or other mission-driven software companies is preferred.
- Maintain a stable work environment with a designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product growth vision, strategy, and roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and revenue growth.
- Own the growth lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve customer lifetime value.
- Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, including new markets, pricing, packaging, monetization, and partnerships.
- Lead continuous A/B and multivariate experimentation to optimize onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Define, track, and optimize growth and business metrics using product analytics and behavioral data.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on growth opportunities, market dynamics, customer behavior, and business performance.
- Mentor and coach Product Managers in strategy, execution, experimentation, and data fluency.
- Collaborate with Growth, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Finance to align product and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, keeping teams aligned around goals and measurable outcomes.
