Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of product management experience.
- Have 5+ years of experience leading senior product managers or product portfolios.
- Bring experience owning platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products; this experience is strongly preferred.
- Have a track record of shipping impactful developer tools, platforms, or security products used by large or fast-growing audiences.
- Be strongly familiar with the modern AI landscape, including LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic workflows.
- Be able to assess AI capabilities and limitations through a product and customer lens.
- Have a solid understanding of identity, secrets management, access control, and secure system design.
- Be comfortable working in highly technical problem spaces alongside senior engineers.
- Connect long-term product vision with near-term priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Bring experience balancing discovery, delivery, and platform investment.
- Have demonstrated success partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and external stakeholders.
- Be willing and able to travel for in-person engagement.
Responsibilities
- Set and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Developer Experience, AI security, and AI-powered security initiatives.
- Define customer problems, value propositions, and success metrics across the portfolio.
- Lead product definition for secure agentic workflows, including identity, delegation, secrets delivery, and access control for developers and AI agents.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities and risks into durable product primitives.
- Align product strategy with technical vision, architecture, and delivery in partnership with the VP of Developer & AI Engineering.
- Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Security, and GTM teams on launches, platform integrations, and ecosystem adoption.
- Represent product strategy across internal and external messaging, documentation, and developer engagement.
- Contribute product leadership to standards participation and developer advocacy efforts.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead senior product managers across technical domains.
- Establish product operating rhythms, decision-making frameworks, and outcome-oriented metrics.
